farm is made up of about 25 hectares of hillside
land. About 20 hectares
are vineyards and the remaining 5 are orchards, market
gardens and arable land.

Our wines are produced following
traditional methods but with the help of modern
technology so as to give the consumer the best
possible product from our hills of Asti. |

Distillation
takes place only during the devatting period and use
fresh marc. In this way we produce exceptionally fine
grappa
to delight the palates of even the most refined and
discerning connoisseur.
