GRAPE VARIETIES: White grapes

GRAPE GROWING: organic grapes grown with the utmost respect of the environment without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers and synthetic products,  ICEA certified.

HARVESTING AND VINIFICATION
Hand-picked grapes are selected before being smashed. Well clarified musts are then put together  to ferment in a stainless steel autoclave at low temperatures: 12-14°C. Fermented wine rests for two months on fine lees before bottling, to get a young, bubbly and extremely pleasant wine.

AGEING
Best appreciated when young and fresh.

“WINE DESCRIPTION”
Medium golden colour with aromas of dried fruit and grain.

WINE AND FOOD MATCHING
Biandonata Rovero is ideal for aperitifs. Excellent with grilled fish and meat, seafood, fruit desserts and delicate cheeses.
