DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Barbera del Monferrato DOC

GRAPE CONTENT
: 100% Barbera

CULTIVATION TECHNIQUE:
organically grown grapes, cultivated in harmony with the natural environment, without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers and other chemical products, certified ICEA

HARVEST AND PRODUCTION
The grapes are harvested from the end of September to the beginning of October.
In the vineyard the best bunches are selected prior to crushing and the first fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at 26-28°C, with a total steeping period of two days, in order to extract aromas and body.
The last fermentation ends in stainless steel autoclave tanks at 20-22°C.

POTENTIAL AGEING
Enjoy this wine young, fresh and aromatic.

THE WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS
The wine has a medium colour, with concentrated aromas of red fruits, berries and cassis. On the palate, its slightly full-bodied structure with a pleasant effervescence, enhances ripe tannins, full of character and with a long finish.



WINE AND FOOD
Serve this wine with rabbit, roast chicken and meatballs, kebabs, ratatouille and with rich pasta dishes. It is also an ideal accompaniment for all Cheeses.
