AGEING: in steel tanks for at least 15 months.

COLOUR: crystalline

BOUQUET: intense and pungent, reminiscent of the bouquet of Malvasia wine and an agreeable fragrance of violets.

TASTE: delicately emanates the typical aroma of the grapes.
