HARVEST AND PRODUCTION
Our Barbera d’Asti was harvested from the end of September to the beginning of October, selecting the best grapes in the vineyard that are fermented and steeped for at least 10 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally and the wine matures until next summer, when 30% of Barbera d’Asti Sanpansè is stored in wooden barrels to age while 70% is stored in stainless steel tanks. After blending, Sanpansè is bottled unfiltered and without clarification, to better preserve the properties of the product.

POTENTIAL AGEING
After the malolactic fermentation in big barrel for 6 months.
Ageing potential: 3 to 5 years.
